Sep-May .. $175/night (3 night minimum) .. $800/week .. $3000/month.
Jun-Aug .. $200/night (3 night minimum) .. $875/week .. $3200/month.
Security dep and 50% of payment due at reservation. 50% due 60 days before stay.
9% tax, $100 normal cleaning, $500 refundable security not included in rates
